This amazing office building was built in New York, to be exact, in Soho, after a plan made by Wilkinson Eyre Architects. The product is great and suits the urban environment. The customer paid F & C Asset Property Management, £ 9.5 million, to renew a 3,000 sq. M building from the 60’s. This beautiful building has glass walls that give a very contemporary look, and also allow light to pass easily. That way, all the interior activity is also very clear to the general public. Basically, the glass-walls cancel the wall between the employees and the outside and potential customers. The building also features an inventive heating and ventilation system. Due to it, carbon releases are reduced, there is more space in the offices and the companies have lower running costs. The joy of people who just pass by this building at night is given by an installation of LED elements, which can mimic the traditional street railings.
